A supernice stay at this hotel.The hotel staff are very friendly & very helpful start from day 1 we step out from grab car. They render 5 star service. Start from Mr Khan who first welcomed us and always helped my mom who have knee pain go up stairs until the last day when we checked out they still render the same assistance helping us carry up & down our luggage. Mr Vin also come out from front desk to help my mom go down stairs & send us to grab car. At first I book room for 2 person because last minute decision we came here 3 person. Mr Vin fine a better room for us with good price. Really feel very valued for money for our stay from 20/1 to 22/1/2024. The hotel is located near to Ben Than market,Saigon Center and Saigon square. The food also nice. I love their local food very delicious. The restaurant manager to waiter & waitresses also very friendly. If I come HCM again, Sky Germ Hotel will be my first choice. We really miss Mr Khan!
