Love this place!

This journey was a vacation where my intention was to relax, enjoy convenient access to markets, food, and explore the city. Getting around on foot from this hotel is convenient. The hotel is tidy, and the bathtub was fantastic. The room is equipped with temperature control, and the bed provided exceptional comfort for both of us. All electrical outlets were operational, and the rain shower was a particular highlight. The Smart TV is amazing; we could airplay from our iPad, stay in, and order food via Grab. The 5kustation BBQ spot is right next to our hotel, and the Golden Lotus Massage Spa is only 10 seconds away from the entrance. (Book your reservation in advance!)

Exceptional

I recently stay here and had a fantastic experience. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a busy day exploring the city. The hotel’s location was also ideal, situated in the heart of Saigon with easy access to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Overall, I highly recommend Hotel Sky Gem Sora for its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and stunning rooftop bar. I can’t wait to visit again!

Overall, the hotel is good. What makes is standout is the warmth and friendliness of their staffs. Everybody wear a smile here! One exception staff is Mr ToBy. Whatever information you need, he has it. Good Korean/ Japanese/ Vietnamese food, best local shopping, big shopping center, spa, Sky bar, sports pub, he is always ready to recommend. And when you are ready to go, he would either shout across the road for taxi or hail the next available one for you. Their services may be what you had expected paying for a 5 star hotel. But for $50+ a night, with this kind of exceptional service, I will definitely be back here the next time I go to HCM. Thank you very much, Mr ToBy and everyone at the hotel!
