On June 27, the awards ceremony revealed the lineup of 7 restaurants that received the “1 star” distinction. This indicates that these restaurants offer good quality food and are worth trying. The list comprises 4 Vietnam 2023 establishments and 3 new additions:

Vietnam Bib Gourmand 2024

The Bib Gourmand Award is a designation given by the Michelin Guide to restaurants offering high-quality food at a reasonable price and named after Bibendum, the Michelin Man mascot. Unlike Michelin stars, which typically denote fine dining establishments, Bib Gourmand restaurants are often more casual and accessible, highlighting local cuisine and comfort food.

The Michelin Guide Ho Chi Minh City has included 24 restaurants in its Bib Gourmand list, with 8 of them newly awarded.
